What information is required when purchasing a gift?
It is super simple! For vouchers, perfume creation experiences or workshop gifts, all you need is your giftee’s email, the date you want to send the gift to them and your personalised message to be included with your gift.
For ready-made gifts from our curated collection, you can choose to have the gift delivered to your home to offer yourself or you can check out with the giftee’s address, should you wish for it to be sent directly to them. You will have to pay for your gift first in a separate order. If you need to buy other products for yourself, you will need to make a separate order with your own address.
Can I add a personal message to my gift?
Yes, absolutely. You can add a personalised touch with your message, which will be sent by email to your giftee along with the chosen gift or with a beautiful card if you choose to send a physical gift card (the physical vouchers are to be used in our boutiques only).
For how long is a gift voucher valid?
Our vouchers are valid for one year and your giftee is free to use them online or in our boutiques whenever they wish during the year.

Can I Get a Refund for my Voucher?
Our vouchers are non-refundable.
Where Can My Voucher Be Redeemed?
Our e-digital gift vouchers can only be redeemed via the Maison21G website. The products chosen by your giftee online can be delivered anywhere in the world at the address of their choice.
