Now let's talk about the basics of perfumery that everyone should know. There are three common types of perfume: Eau De Parfum, Eau De Toilette, and Cologne. The primary difference between them lies in their scent's strength and longevity.

Eau De Parfum is the most long-lasting, typically lasting 8-10 hours, and has the highest concentration of fragrance notes, usually between 18%-21%. Where Maison 21G Best Creation Eau De Parfum uses the highest concentration of 21%. Eau De Toilette contains 12%-15% pure perfume, making it less concentrated and lighter, lasting 4-7 hours. Cologne has the lowest scent concentration of 5%, making it perfect for a lighter fragrance that many men prefer. There is also another perfume category called Extrait De Parfum which Maison 21G do offer where it contains the highest level of perfume concentration of 21%-25%.

Fragrance notes are classified by their rate of evaporation once sprayed on the body: the top note (which evaporates between 5 and 15 minutes), the heart note (which emerges after about 20 minutes), and the base note (which can last up to 6 hours).

Top notes are usually fruity and citrus-flavored, heart notes are often spicy, and base notes are usually woody. Some examples of scents that belong to these categories are:
